Integrate 2015

This R boot camp will cover the fundamentals of the R language with the goal of getting participants to the level where they can get data into the R environment, conduct an exploratory data analysis in R, build linear models and perform standard machine learning tasks such as clustering and classification analyses. The boot camp will begin by orienting participants to the R universe, show where to go for help and point out additional resources for continued learning. Technical content covered will include (1) R syntax and language organization, (2) the fundamentals of R data structures and functions (3) data manipulation and visualization, (4) basic statistical models and (5) running machine learning algorithms in R. No prior experience with R is required. However, some experience with another programming language, statistics or machine learning would be helpful.
