RingCentral's infrastructure powers cloud communications for over 1 million users with voice, SMS, internal texts, and reporting capabilities. Direct communications integration into applications saves time and has doubled productivity for some organizations. These capabilities are integrated to RingCentral's own applications as well as those for Google, Salesforce, Zoho, Zendesk and many others. This session introduces common communication integration use cases including perspectives from end users and developers. Then we introduce and walk through a sample JavaScript application that uses the JavaScript SDK to quickly integrate and demonstrate the most requested integration use cases. This session will be of special interest for CRM and help desk integrations.
